Gift VouchersGift vouchers are a popular solution for any special occassion, or simply to say 'thank you'. Vouchers are valid for 12 months (12 month validity may not apply on special offers/discounts/promotions). ReservationsAdvance bookings are recommended, where time permits, we are delighted to accommodate spontaneous guests. To secure an appointment Bronzalicious requires a credit card number for a 50% holding deposit, or full payment (100%) to secure one of our special/discounted offers. Please mention at time of booking if you are redeeming a gift voucher or if you have a prepaid tanning or beauty pass. TreatmentGet the most out of your treatment by arriving on time. Failure of this will only lessen your time with us but still incur the full payment. If you are so late that we can't do the treatment, you will forfeit your treatment deposit. Cancellation PolicyThe treatments you select are reserved for you, if you can't make your booking or need to re-schedule please provide us with 24hrs notice to avoid the 50% holding fee being applied, includes gift voucher & pre-paid bookings which may/shall be redeemed void. For specials/discounted offers, 100% payment is required to secure the treatment at the time of booking. Cancellation of special/discounted offers will result in a forfeit of the treatment cost, unless the value is swapped for a substitute treatment. EtiquetteTo ensure all guests enjoy our peacful surroundings, we ask noise to be kept to a minimum in the salon. Though we love children, their attendance is discouraged unless they can sit quietly in reception or tanning/treatment room(s) with you. Our guaranteeWe want you to leave our salon with that wonderful 'WOW' feeling. In fact, our guarantee to you is, if you don't absolutley love your treatment, tell us within 3 days and we'll re-do it for free, if your still not happy we'll refund your money or pay for a similar treatment with a competitor.
